How do we send our packages?

EtchShop uses the Royal Mail to deliver its packages.
Rates depend upon weight and are calculated at checkout.

Is Recorded Signed for a guaranteed next day delivery service?

Although we cannot guarantee next day delivery, we aim to deliver First Class Recorded items within the next two working day. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, Recorded items are covered for up to £28 compensation.

AIRMAIL

Why Airmail?

We use Airmail as it is by far the most economical and quickest route to send records overseas.

How fast will it get there?

We aim to deliver Airmail to Europe in three working days and to the rest of the world in five working days.

I wish to use a different method of postage?

If you request a different method of postage please Confirm Order Then Contact Us With Your Card Details then contact us with your choice of postage method then we can we reconfigure your shipping costs.

Returns Policy

Replacements will be given in full if items are received in a non merchandisable condition. Providing they are returned within 14 days. If a replacement is not available we will refund. We obviously do all we can to ensure product gets to you in the best condition possible.

How do I cancel my order?

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after delivery as long as the items are in their original condition and any shrinkwrap is still sealed. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returned magazines.

To cancel your order, please write 'cancel order' on the invoice and return the whole package to the address below. We advise that you send the parcel by Recorded Delivery and ensure the items are strongly packaged. If they are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund.

After receiving the parcel we will refund your credit / debit card (excluding original shipping costs) within 30 days.
